Now opening to the first agencies in Sussex

Sales progression that
gets more sales over the line.

One timeline per sale, with an owner and a date on every step — memo of sale, AML, searches, enquiries, mortgage offer, exchange. Your team opens the morning on what is actually stuck, instead of ringing round to find out.

Built for England & Wales. Free until your first sale completes, no card required.

Sales rarely collapse. They drift.

Between sale agreed and completion there are five months, six parties and no single place where the truth lives. Poor communication is now the largest category of residential sales complaint to The Property Ombudsman.

You find out too late

A sale stalls for three weeks before anyone notices. By the time it surfaces, the buyer has lost patience and the chain is wobbling.

Your team is a switchboard

Ringing solicitors for updates, relaying them to sellers, then writing the same thing down twice. It is the least valuable work your best people do.

Nobody owns the whole picture

The truth about a sale is spread across four inboxes, two phone calls and somebody’s notebook. No one can answer “where are we?” without asking around.

Up and running in minutes

1

Open the sale

Add the property, the agreed price and the tenure. Completer builds the England & Wales timeline for you — and adds the management pack steps automatically when the property is leasehold.

2

Invite every party

Buyer, seller, both solicitors, the surveyor and the broker. They join from an email link. Nothing to install, no training, and they never pay a penny.

3

Track it to completion

Everyone works from the same timeline. You see what is overdue, who owes what, and which sales have gone quiet — before they become a problem.

Recognise any of that?

Completer is opening to a small number of UK agencies first. Put your name down and we will set you up properly.

Everything a progressor does, in one place

A chase list, not an inbox

Opens on what needs chasing today: overdue milestones, unanswered document requests and deals that have gone quiet.

Every step has an owner

Every stage of an England & Wales sale, assigned to a party with a target date, so nothing sits in the gap between two people.

Nudge in one click

A reminder to the right person about the one thing they owe — not another round of ringing for a general update.

Ask for documents properly

Request a specific document from a specific party, and see the moment it arrives.

Documents that stay private

Every file is locked to its own sale, and every time one is opened it is recorded.

A full audit trail

Every milestone, document, party and deal change, logged for the life of the sale. Exportable to CSV whenever you need it.

Sellers who stop ringing

An automatic weekly progress email means your client already knows where things stand.

Built for a team

Multiple agents, shared visibility across the office, and restricted deals when a sale needs to stay private.

Who it is for

A good fit

  • Owner-managed independents in England & Wales, two to ten branches
  • Agencies with a sales progressor — or about to hire their first
  • Flat and leasehold-heavy patches, where files run longest
  • Anyone currently progressing sales out of a shared inbox or a spreadsheet

Probably not for you

  • Corporate groups and franchises on a mandated tech stack
  • Anyone looking to replace a full CRM — Completer does sales progression and the client view, not valuations, listings or lettings
  • Lettings-only agencies, and Scotland, where the process differs entirely

Your solicitors, buyers and sellers each get their own view, narrowed to what is waiting on them — a solicitor with forty files sees the searches they owe, not the survey the surveyor owes. They join free, and they join for good.

Legal packs deserve better than email

Contracts, searches and identity documents pass through your office every week. Here is exactly how Completer handles them.

Access enforced by the database

Permissions are applied by Postgres itself, not by the application, so a bug in a page cannot widen who sees a sale.

Documents locked to their sale

Files live in private storage scoped to the deal. Links expire in minutes, and every open is recorded.

A complete audit trail

Every milestone, document, party and deal change is logged for the life of the sale, and you can export it.

Hosted in the EU

Your data is stored in Ireland, and we will sign a data processing agreement.

Being straight with you: Completer is a new company and we do not yet hold a formal security certification. We would rather tell you what we actually do than imply otherwise. Our privacy policy sets out how your data is handled, and we are happy to answer a due diligence questionnaire.

One saved sale pays for the year

Roughly one in four agreed sales falls through at least once, and about one in four of those never completes at all. On the average England sale, that is around £3,400 in fees gone, plus the days your team already spent on the file. A year of Completer on the Agency plan, paid annually, is £1,190.

You do not need Completer to transform your business. You need it to stop one sale a year from quietly falling apart while everyone assumed someone else was chasing it.

Fee based on the England average sale price (HM Land Registry, July 2026) at a 1.42% sole-agency fee including VAT (HomeOwners Alliance, 2026). Fall-through rates from Rightmove, February 2026. Most collapsed sales are re-agreed, so the average cost across all fall-throughs is lower — this is the one that does not come back. Illustrative, not a guarantee of results.

Simple pricing, per office

Every plan includes every feature. You are only ever charged for your own agents — buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers are free, on every plan, always.

Nothing is charged until your trial ends.

We do not charge you until we have helped you complete a sale.

Your trial runs through your first completed sale and a month beyond, or 120 days from your first deal — whichever comes first. It will never expire in the middle of a live transaction.

Questions agency owners ask

Do my solicitors have to pay?

No. Buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers are free on every plan, with no limit on how many you invite. You are only ever charged for your own agents.

Will the other parties actually use it?

Some will, some will not. They join from an email link, set a password and that is it — nothing to install and no training. But we designed it assuming a busy conveyancer never logs in: your team still gets the timeline, the chase list and the record of what was asked and when. Completer earns its keep even when you are the only one using it properly.

Does this replace my CRM?

No, and it is not trying to. Completer handles sales progression and the client view from sale agreed through to completion. Keep your CRM for valuations, listings and lettings.

Do I have to key everything in twice?

Partly, and we will not pretend otherwise. Completer does not integrate with your CRM yet, so opening a sale means entering the address, price, tenure and the parties once. It takes a couple of minutes and it is the honest cost of running progression somewhere your CRM does not reach. Integrations come once we know which CRMs our first agencies actually use.

Is my clients’ data safe?

Access is enforced by the database rather than the application, documents are locked to their own sale behind links that expire in minutes, and every document action is recorded. Your data is hosted in the EU. We do not yet hold a formal security certification and we will tell you so directly rather than imply otherwise.

What happens if I want to leave?

Ask and we will export everything we hold for you. Closing an agency account is handled personally rather than by a self-service button, because your deals hold other parties’ records too — but we will close your account and remove your data.

How long does it take to set up?

Minutes. Create your agency, add a sale and invite the parties. The standard milestones for a UK sale are already there.

How long is the free trial?

It runs through your first completed sale and a month beyond, or 120 days from your first deal — whichever comes first. A UK sale takes around twelve to sixteen weeks, and a trial that expired halfway through one would force you to make a buying decision in the middle of a live transaction with your clients and their solicitors depending on it. So it does not. The month after completion means marking a sale done never costs you access the same day, and if a sale falls through the trial simply runs on.

What does the free trial include?

Everything. No card required and no feature held back — we would rather you found out whether it works for your office than evaluate a cut-down version.
